Weight 162.4Lb's, BMI 25.5%, BODY FAT 20.9%, MUSCLE 37.2%, WATER 60.9%, BONE 3.9% I have a new scale WEIGHT GURU'S Which is a bluetooth scale that is in sync with my FITBIT and my app's. It enables me to track my weight via blue tooth and keeps all other weight's i need to see tracked.

I have been walking with the backpack and ankle weight's about 3 mile's to 6 mile's per walk and i notice a big change going on in my leg's and stomach. I will see a weight gain as i am getting bigger in the leg's with the new workout, but the weight is good as it is not fat. My stomach is starting to flatten out and become tighter which is great.

REALLY HAPPY WITH MY PROGRESS!!!
162.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
