6.67 Miles wearing the backpack and Ankle weight's, felt it when i got home but the workout was great. I really felt it on my abdomen and my leg's. We will see at the end of the week where we are as far as weight gain or loss, i am thinking i am going to be gaining some more muscle with the new workout.
162.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
