No carb skillet Pizza...Have as a meal or a snack when the cravings calls. I have tried it and I like that so much more than the egg pizza or cauliflower I use to make....It is almost crispy, But nice and chewy...That is one I will have again. Yes I am a keto man but hard to give up my Pizza. I check blood sugar 1 hour later after eating and It went up 1.0 point. Not bad for diabetic for all of the good eating.
