I went to a woman's tea cup retreat today and I feel I done very well. They had so much food. I took a half tuna sandwich made with whole wheat pita bread and 1/2 boiled wrapped in a slice of deli ham. I totaly walked on past the DESERT TABLE! I couldn't believe it. Thank you Lord for giving me the strength and will power to do it. I came home and had a sugar free jello with sugar free cool whip. TA DA
