hello! I've been trying hard today to drink water at the first sign of hunger. that's seemingly helpful! mostly eating bananas and salad. if I'm starving later I'll eat a dry sweet potato. yummy yammy ;-)
164.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
