gutted as i dont know why the weight has gone on
243.2 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 10.5 lb a week

Are you logging everything you eat so you can see how many calories and carbs you are eating on a daily basis?

It is difficult to say as you haven't recorded what you have eaten in great detail. The only observation I can make from your inputs is that your exercise figures look very high. Perhaps you are over-estimating output and under-estimating input? It is a fine line and even as little as a 100 extra calories a day will put weight on over time. (35 days @ 100 extra calories per day = 3500 calories = 1lb weight gain) (Simply put.)

Logging everything that passes your lips is the only way to keep tabs. I found the exercise figures seemed high when I used them - my Fitbit gives much lower figures and seems more in tune with what I do vs weight loss. Chin up!

I agree with Phooka. I use a polar heart rate monitor for my exercise figures and believe it to be quite accurate. Having said that, I don't rely on the deficit this gives for weight loss. I only use that figure for a matter of interest. The figure that matters to me most is the amount of calories I eat per day and I do try to be as accurate as possible with that.
