I'm back and feeling somewhat better. Willing to try again. Will start with prayer each day for strength and focus. Strength to resist temptation and make the right choices, focus on a healthier life.
256.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 81.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2012 kcal Fat: 58.28g | Prot: 135.00g | Carb: 243.96g.   Breakfast: Pace Picante Mild Salsa, Navels Oranges, Strawberries, Norbest Ground Turkey, Cooked Egg White, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Kraft Velveeta Cheese Slices. Lunch: Gala Apples, Turkey Garden Vegetable Soup (1 cup serving). Dinner: White Rice, Burrito with Chicken. Snacks/Other: Diamond of California Chopped Walnuts, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Strawberries, Reddi-wip Extra Creamy Whipped Cream, Banana. more...
