Thank to all of you for your support my weight loss came to a slow down an I knew I need to do something different at first I added another mile to my walk witch didn't seem to do anything also started lifting weight again that didn't help either I finally decided that I was eating to many calories bingo I am starting to lose weight again I will still keep walking two to three miles a day and add more when the weather get nicer along with lifting weights and riding bicycle.
