I decided to take a look at the past month to see how I did overall. Although I gained today, I have lost 3.6 pounds since I first weighed at the beginning of the year. No it's not a lot but I didn't gain 3.6 pounds and if I have kept going the way I was, I would have gained. I have nothing to hang my head about so I'm going to give myself a high five and keep doing my best.

I also realized that I never really give myself little goals to celebrate. So I've decided that my goal for this month is to lose another 3.6 pounds or more. Think about it, if I do that every month, I'll be down over 10 pounds in three months. I'll be very happy with that.

Whatever you do, don't give up. All the little loses add up to big loses over time. A minor tick up isn't the end of the world. It just means you need to kick it in the butt and show yourself who's boss.

Stay strong everyone and know that we're all in the together.
