brisbee's Journal, 04 February 2017

Since starting the 400 calorie diet, I have had consistent weight loss. So happy to have found something that I can adhere to. Currently depending on frozen dinners as recommended by the diet which add up to 400 calories or less per meal. No snacking. The other evening despite having had a generous and filling (heavy)frozen dinner (I was full), I was still hungry. That could've been appetite rather than hunger but it was motivating. I'd gotten some broccoli which I'd steamed and stored in the fridge so I sprinkled it with a little vinegar and ate a half cup of that which I found to be delicious. I've been snacking on it since and am now out of broccoli so will go get some more. Haven't gained so figure it's pretty good idea.l
