It is amazing to me when I didn't track what I was eating how I always felt like I was dying of hunger. Now that I am tracking everyday I find that I'm not hungry at all. I notice the hunger signs and that is when I eat rather then just the mindless eating. Exercised today feel really good. Riley took a picture of me in my swimsuit for me today so I can see how far I have let myself spiral out of control. I will have that picture to remind me of not wanting to look like that ever again. Well that is it for today. See you tomorrrow.
