This is an entry for the 18th...I keep falling behind ;-;

Hello, FS!

Good news and bad news.

The good news is, I finally found out when I’m moving to French House! I make the move on Thursday, and my room is so cool! I’m right next to a bathroom that apparently almost no one uses-- no more walking all the way to the other end of the building in the middle of the night, or in a towel! Plus, I have a lovely view of the chapel. Also, my bestie (who we’ll call ___ for now) came with me to the gym this morning. Admittedly, we didn’t spend as long as I’d like, and I had to help her use the machines and coach her a bit, but I’ll go back to the gym tonight. Maybe I’ll try out the climbing wall today…

The bad news is pretty bad...I went on a bit of a binge from Monday night to Tuesday. Not proud of myself, to say the least. But, today is a new day, and another chance to reinforce my new good behaviors, like getting to the gym and choosing healthy foods. I might make some miso soup and bake some tuna... we’ll see.

Exactly...I've refocused myself, and am going to try intermittent fasting, starting today. Also, I've decided that in my new room, I will not keep any junk food. At all. If I want to keep it nearby, I can only get the little "single servings", and they have to stay in the community kitchen.

Awww thank you Arabella <3 I hope to update again today, after I'm (hopefully!) finished with my move. My new room is just gorgeous, and surprisingly spacious...I can't wait to take some pictures!
