Wow did I have a moment of weakness AND a moment of strength yesterday. My hubby came home and said "Let's go to the Cheesecake Factory!". I of course said "Sure!"
My moment of weakness . . . I tried to find something somewhat healthy but nooooooooo! It was chicken but it had all sorts of breading and grease and IT WAS AWESOME!!!! I had bread with tons of butter and mashed potatoes to boot!
My moment of strength . . . My hubby said "Should we get cheesecake to go home for later?" I SAID NOOOOOO!!!!!!
I felt so good and so bad at the same time. I really love the cheesecake but I knew I had over did it on the main dish.
Here's another problem. I still have half of the meal left. It will be dinner tomorrow night since this is a fasting day. I guess I'll need to account for the extra calories by watching what I eat the rest of the day.
Stay strong everyone and know that one day of overeating is NOT the end of the world.
