I've gone one week with no soda of any kind. oh how I'd love to have one!! Drinking mostly water, some poweraide, some Starbucks cold energy coffees. I'm extremely tired, not sleeping well at all. Too much pain in my feet from neuropathy. Lord help me on this journey, give me strength to turn away from my unhealthy behaviors. Help keep me on the straight path.
