Monday is our wedding anniversary. 7 years. It's such a busy time of year that I end up surprised every year. This year I am inclined to just ignore it. SU has other plans-god bless him. We are going 5 miles up the road to a beautiful resort on the Peninsula. It's a great spot to eat, drink, make whoopee (I think that is expected). He has two days booked and a secret itinerary. I am sure it includes a massage, lots of food and drink and the afore mentioned whoopee. The place overlooks the cliffs and there are lovely hiking trails. I will take long hikes (when the secret schedule permits) and we may see whales. I've seen more whales in the last few months than in my entire whale spotting life. I feel like I am getting ill BUT am determined to be well. Taking some homeopathic remedy-It has a long name starting with "oscil..." It made me feel worse! Drinking red wine now and feel a lot better :)
I just tried on my wedding dress and it is too big-SMILE.
Don't fret if I don't pop up again until Tuesday.

Sounds lovely Dens!!! Especially the whoopee part!! The peninsula ... would that be the Palos Verdes Peninsula or some other Peninsula?? Where ever it is, and whatever you do on your secret itinerary I'm sure it will be lovely. That's so cool your wedding dress is too big for you ... I wonder if I still have mine some where ... oh good grief it was 20 years ago ... talk about time flying!!

I love a romantic adventure. I know you will be burning calories day and night!!! have the most wonderful time......Miss ya til you get back. Oh and thanks for the billiant advice on my journal- truly an aha moment thing for me!

I am sure my dress fits me big too, I don't have to try it on. Ppl point it out all the time, I was a fat bride. lol I love the sound of vaca before Christmas, gosh I hope your shopping is done. My mind would not be 100% there either, during, *ahem secret itinerary. I hope you are having fun! What a fab SU you have there, I hope you know that.

Hope you had the most awesome anniversary. Congratulations! And the wedding dress being to big? Wow, that is amazing! Mine is still too small, but it's getting there slowly but surely!
