Argh!!!! I feel like a pirate who never can read his map to collect the treasure!! I have hurt my back, physio doesn't think it's herniated but it's bad, I'm tough I have had a baby, I have had treatment for cancer, I have had some pretty major surgery but oh my this bloody hurts. So it's a double whammy I'm not training like the athlete I know is hiding inside me and I have been eating my feelings. They always say you can't out train a bad diet but when your training 15 hours a week you get a few allowances, however when your managing a 10 to 15 minute walk slowly with no gradient twice a day that fudge goes straight to my arse. So Tuesday I decided best I get my diet back in tip top shape or I'll be in a really bad place both emotionally and physically, the last thing I need is to be carrying any extra weight and get depressed again, vicious cycle that one is!! So if you haven't seen me logging food for a day please feel free to hit me up, I'm soposed to be in a comp last week in November and not only is it non refundable I was really looking forward to it, so if i eat well and rest fingers crossed I'll still be able to scale it!!
