Bought new scale yesterday to replace broken one that was probably 5 years too old. Cutting back on Atkins "treats" - bars, sweets etc. Using them as meals doesn't help any and my body does not digest nuts well, if at all. Need to be more diligent about preparing meals for breakfast and lunch. The weight is not coming off as easily as it did 5 years ago but that shouldn't be surprising because well, I'm in 30's and quit cigs. I'll get there.
