Started on 12/7 @ 250 lb. Now at 241.8 LB. Limiting calorie intake M-F to 1400 or less. Lunch of turkey sandwich, water only during the day. Dinner or chicken soup, canned corn, or grilled chicken. Also Lean Cuisine pasta at times. 1 diet soda @ night, 2 max. Dessert of frozen ice pops (otter pop generic). Sunflower seeds on occasion.
Less strict on weekends, but try to be good when possible.
Alcohol consumption: Prefer Beck's Light (64 calories each). Coors Light or Guinness ok when Beck's Light not available.
