Weighed in at TOPS tonight no gain stayed the same. Have to stop this late night snack; went crazy with ice cream.

I hear ya on that one, that's my weakness. I can maintain healthy eating habits all day thru but when i settle down to turn in for the night all i want is popcorn, ice cream, and chocolate! I LOVE to eat those snacks right before i go to sleep while watching netflix, even though I know how bad it is. Ive been trying hard to break this bad habit of mine by going to bed earlier while im still full from dinner.
