I second the motion.


knuckles the mgtow monk In his LAST post he has said it all....no need to repeat.

It has been in the back of my mind for awhile to just bail out...This is so different with the click that's in this fat secret community....it's ok I will just follow what knuckles the mgtow monk is going to do, only more severely....I will be in the background, and I will still log my food in and post only weight loss which is automatic and I will continue to lose weight. But I will not be reading or writing any more comments. That section will be off limits to me. I have been very successful with Keto LCHF style of eating and reversing my diabetes. I really enjoyed sharing the information on doing this correctly. Knowledge is the key,and then it becomes easy. I have studied it for the last six months every day....but I find most don't care to know, or don't want any help...And that's ok with me...I can only be reached through PM's if needed. This move is needed by me to keep my sanity.

Fred, your progress has been amazing. I'm not sure why the disappointment all of a sudden, but you are a steady presence in this online community, and you would be missed if you step out. We need to hear how you handle reaching your goal weight! Really- your progress and enthusiasm is an inspiration.
