I am going for physical exercise for a pulled muscle that developed when I had my left leg in a cast. Swinging it around for more than a month resulted in a muscle injury. I have only been going for therapy for the last two weeks but feel that I have progressed. Certainly the leg is not as painful as it once was. Since I exercise lying on the floor for some of these., I am also strengthening my ability to get up off the floor. So I am enthused. None of this will burn up enough calories to make any sort of weight difference but is increasing my strength and my comfort.
