I want to tell you why the Challenge I.F. Bast mode is so timely...I believe I have found the problem for me and maybe the reason that some people that are doing LCHF diets are not losing weight. I was forced to research my problem the last couple days of why I gained weight (almost a pound each day) when on a low kcal and low carb Keto diet. I have started to come down now in weight and thanks to Butter Bob Briggs video on: Fasting and the Fifty Percent Insulin Problem. only 21 minutes and you will have a wake up call like i did. Just 24 hours and i am back in the game. Look at my weight weight history graft if you want. This is amazing stuff. This game starts in our brain and boils down to our education...Knowledge is a powerful thing...I have to share this with you...hard to contain my excitement...I thought I had it all wraped up in weight loss....not so. I am more humble than ever now. This video makes so much since to me now. I will not bore you with more details...some will and some will not....and you will still be correct. Thanks for the video. I'll be looking at some of the other resources as well over time. I'm doing Intermittent Fasting on a 5/2 basis. 5 days normal eating at resting calorie rate for my height which is 1850-2000 calories. Two days a week I do a 24 hour fast. I'm also working on curbing my later evening eating so that each day has 16 hours fasting and 8 hours eating. In one month I've lost 11.6 lbs and am feeling really good. It's really easy too. Easiest program I've ever done in all honesty and I wouldn't have believed that going in. Thanks for sharing the information. Audrey

Fred; I am actually from the mountains/foothills of Central California. We have 5 acres and I work from home as a professional artist. I fast Mondays and Fridays so my weekends are free for family gatherings. You do not need to fast two days in a row and you can select your window of time for what works best for you. I've found 11 am to 11 am is super easy for me. I also try to wrap up my eating by 3 hours before going to bed which is usually around midnight. When I started this I couldn't find any groups or a diet for Intermittent Fasting so I started a group. http://www.fatsecret.com/groups/intermittent-fasting--eat-stop-eat/Posts.aspx?m=485404&#485404 I'm posting interesting articles and videos etc. so I'm going to add the video you shared. I watched a couple videos off of it last night including 2 from Dr. Yung. Great stuff!
