Not surprised at the weight gain because my arms and thighs are looking ripped. Definitely some muscle-building has occurred. I have been doing some HIIT and weights training. My clothes do not feel any tighter. So I am not sweating this weight gain (pun intended lol).
140.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
