I will be planning my meals ahead. Want to see if that will help me stay on track. We've been having a diet challenge at TOPS. 3 strikes in the challenge and your out. I've already got 1; I don't want anymore. The people left on the winning team will win a prize. I want to be a winner!
I spoke to soon; I have to delete almost all of tonight's dinner menu. We checked out the Centralia, Il. Moose today their menu consisted of Pollock fillets; guess what they were breaded and fried, served with hush puppies, fries and Cole slaw. I still had my black coffee; but I have to delete everything planned on eating. Hope it didn't destroy my RDI all together.

Meal planning really does help, and it saves money also because you do a better job of either avoiding leftovers or using them up in another planned meal. I always notice that I spend more in weeks when I don't plan and end up with food I don't use up.

I like meal prepping for the week it's a lot of clean up but worth it for me. I had fried catfish but ripped the breading off. It wasn't that yummy whole catfishes friend in cornmeal or whatever it is that's considered original. Omg I was so looking forward to catfish and I get a damn filet on a bun. Oh well. Have fun meal prepping!!no more strikes!!!

Don't worry overmuch about the change, not too bad. You can make that up. Tonight I am going to have pizza. So I am watching what I do earlier.
