This was a hard week for me. I seem to have lost my ummph.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You will get you ummph back. I couldn't quite get back into to my improved eating regimen last week so I did lots of steps instead. Now I need to combine both. This is a new week. Make it happen.
