Jams actually don't set up if you don't use enough sugar. I discovered that when trying to make my own, lower sugar, jams. Fun facts.

Yep, sounds like marketing to me! It is always interesting to figure by reading labels how all these products are sweetened.

Uffft. Notelaine if you're still looking for a jam try making chia seed jam. I've only done it once but it was excellent! Just berries, chia seeds and I used a bit of stevia. I didn't even cook it. Just nuked the berries a bit and smushed em up a bit to get the juice out then added the chia.
