I shouldn't be here....so busy and leaving 5am tomorrow for Le Grand Canyon! We are stopping in Phoenix on our way to Sedona to check out the real estate market. Last night I dreamt that Vincent Price was hiking below the rim with me and I was not scared. I have been very anxious about how my fear of heights is going to affect my experience. Not sure if Vincent is a good omen or not....
Still languishing at 143 lbs (half of which has settled around my belly and bum). I have to try harder-really get my calories down and exercise up to get to my goal and then I can go back to current levels. Ugh-I just don't feel like it!
This morning while walking to work along the ocean-I saw a god. Wet suit,surf board, naked from waist up, salt and pepper hair, chiseled features. Not a boy-a MAN. I am in love. LOL-think someone's hormones are raging!
Okay=gotta run. If I am not around-HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone!

What a great entry! Have a great trip! hope you find what you're looking for. What an interesting dream. Maybe walking w/Vincent Price is a symbol of your "fear" of heights and how you're overcoming them. You know what you have to do to get down to your goal wt. No get a cracking! Great visual on the surfer! I can only imagine... ;)
