Attempted to substitute "zucchini hash browns" for the real thing...wasn't worth it. Was kinda like substituting turkey bacon for actual bacon. Just eat what you want, in moderation, to avoid the disappointment (and possible scrounging for something that will satisfy the craving) later!
Currently feeling: Like it's gonna be a loooooong night... Overall throughout the day: Have been struggling while planning out the remainder of my paper. Will feel a lot better when Midterms are over. ;p

I don't know that I would have tried that, lol. It doesn't sound particularly tasty at all.

Yeah, it wasn't as good as I was hoping. My mom gave me two gigantic zucchini from her garden, and rather than making zucchini bread (or muffins anyway), I decided to stuff one, then try today's "hash brown" experiement with the part I carved out of the center of it. It was a failure, but now I know better anyway! ;P

Interesting, I have to say that's not something I've tried before and I don't think I will now. I have tried turkey bacon and you are so right. So not worth it.
