I really struggled yesterday. I ate a 6 oz bag of pecans. 1200 calories, . Mostly fat, some carbs and protein. Hey I used the bathroom this morning. Hooray. Didn't like all the drama here yesterday. Will try to shield myself from it in future.

I guess I must be getting used to it...I didn't even notice :) I'm glad the pecans were useful...thats all I'm going to say! ;)

Did not feel very well yesterday, nothing sounded great. I am now in the waiting room to see a cardiologist...might have a heart cartherization (sorry if it is misspelled)... Ask the family doctor yesterday "when will I feel normal again?"
