Why We Need To Eat Fat To Lose Fat

Well some claim they don't care to eat butter....remember there are other ways to skin a cat so to speak....If you are not losing weight on a LCHF diet your problem is usually not enough fat in your diet...or the wrong kind of fat...Yes there is good fat and there is bad fat....Please watch this 5 minute video below and you will be rewarded with some great knowledge...never stop learning....lets get excited again.

Absolutely: agreeing 100% with you, and with Dr. Weil. In February, I watched a series of videos interviewing doctors and scientists. Each one emphasized that dietary fat is used by the body for energy, NOT to make body fat. One doctor repeatedly said that the brain runs on glucose and dietary fat. That was news to me! So, I started increasing my fat intake, a little at a time, to the present level. Can't say whether my brain is functioning any better or not, but all this fat is definitely helping my struggle against sugar cravings!
