My weight graph line has a nice little downward slope to it. Even with a four day trip to Philadelphia (with the obligatory every other day cheesesteak sandwich consumed), I'm still moving in the right direction. Thinking about what one is taking in (before doing so) and getting a feel for the calorie count of various foods has been good for me. Best of luck to all of my fatsecret friends and keep the faith. I can't say enough about this site and how helpful it has been.
