I broke my 66hour fast which was to be a 48 hour fast but things can happen when you never get hungry....Half of this picture is what i broke my fast on and wow! was that good...egg and cheese crust..low cal 160 per slice...taste better than the card board store pizza also...try that with store bought pizza receipt was given to me by another FatSecret member....thanks to her i still get to enjoy one of my favorites. Need receipt just ask and i can post for you. I really did eat half of it...not just one little old slice...

This got posted before i was finished with all my comments total carbs is only 7.20 and that is for 4 1/8 slices. and then supper was 14.5 oz of LCHF Chili @482 cals. so how was a total 18 carbs for the day after three days fasting. never broke out of keto, still going.... love this life stile.

Pepperoni Egg LCHF Pizza Receipt 4 eggs beaten in with 1 cup of pizza cheese. Pour on baking paper in 12 inch pizza pan. Bake the crust 5-10 minutes or so in 400 to 450 degree oven till brown.Turn over and brown the other side also. Makes a very firm crust. Cool for 1-2 minutes and pour on the sauce...i used tomato paste (any thing you have will do) with some water....Italian spices onion and garlic powder. sprinkle on 1 more cup cheese and then 10-15 slices of pepperoni, 1 T green pepper, 1 T onion, and a few mushrooms or what ever you prefer. Bake again for 5 to 8 minutes longer, till cheese is melted or a lite brown...cut in 8 slices. enjoy or cut into 4 pieces and eat half. 150 calories each slice. not 160 as i stated before. 10.25 fat. 1.8 carbs The whole pizza is only 14.4 carbs 12.14 protein Cook the egg crust brown and it will not have an egg taste to it. It will not be cracker crust crispy but oh so good like it is.
