Wow this week I did amazing!! Lost 2.8lbs. Wondered what I did so differently? I find it weird where one week to the next I have way different loses and i don't know why because I feel like I'm doing the same thing. Either way I guess I should keep doing what I'm doing :P

Yes just keep doing what your doing. Losing weight is a strange thing. You can over eat one week and lose big and under eat another and gain. So just keep going.
