End of our winter down south, kinda fell off the low carb and no sugar and see what happens...oops...plus off water on the 12 days travelling home. Sweet and sour sauce on chinese food, bagels, chocolate caramels, chips. SOOOOO back on track and lots of water and we will see how easily it comes back off and keeps coming off. Feeling good still in size 10 and 12 instead off 14 and 16 pants and medium tops instead of l and XL. Onward and downward, (on the scales).
