Yesterday was a better day diet wise than pretty much any day in the last 2 weeks but it still wasn't good enough ... not where I want to be. I was so exhausted when I got home from work that I could not muster up the energy to work out right away - I wanted to, but my brain was just not cooperating and I felt like I would knock out at any minute. So I sat down on the recliner to nap ... wound up watching my 600 lb life instead and after seeing the suffering those people put themselves through because of food I just thought to myself ... that could be me if I don't get my shit together. So I put on my sneakers and workout clothes and I started doing my own workout in the living room for 20 minutes. It was later than I would have preferred and hopefully today I find the energy and motivation much earlier so I can get to sleep at a decent time!
241.2 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 81.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes I treat myself as though I was my own child. When a kid doesn't want to get up in the morning or complains about being too tired to go to school, would you just let the kid stay home? Or would you not let the kid brush his/her teeth?
