I have been a mess lately. I've been working out a few times a week but not the type of workouts that I feel I get anything from. And I haven't been paying attention to what I eat at all. I feel awful right now because I've gained a few pounds. I really wish that I didn't have to constantly fight to find the willpower to stay on track. I see that it comes so naturally to some people... it doesn't to me.
243.2 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 83.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It isn't easy, if it was there would be no obesity or overweight people...Just decide to make good choices for today and today only...you will be amaze how far you can go...

Most of us here work at it daily, hourly. Some people eventually get into a zone with new habits that make them feel good. Stay the course!

Totally know what your saying! Sometimes it gets sooo old being ever vigilant. BUT if I don't, I am one of those people that goes off the rails and find it difficult to get back on.

I am not setting myself up for success lately either. I haven't had time to cook and pack lunch which leads to bad decisions while at work. I'm picky with reheated foods so I can't bulk cook on weekends and reheat through the week - which pretty much means I have to just MAKE the time to pack a lunch every night or cook something healthy to take with me every morning.
