5 carbs or less for 3 weeks Get your food list ready tomorrow so you will not have any problems from the start....i have said this is only 5 carbs or less...sorry if i confuse any one about saying 5% carbs...each meal check the total carbs you have eaten...the percentages are from the pie chart. it is from the pie chart below you food that you have eaten...the best gauges to look at at the end of your day....the pie should look like 75% Fat then 20% protein followed by carbs of less than 5 carbs...hardly can see that on the chart so very small. lets just have some fun and enjoy this trying to get down to the numbers...for the ones that can you will get some big surprises of the benefits from being that low..good luck to all...tomorrow will post some pointers.
