slow and steady... but demotivated.. a lot of effort for tiny results :(
178.8 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At the moment I'm really pushing it.. 3x week jogging 1x week swimming and trying really hard to stay under the 2000kcal / day.... I know -1,6KG is good - but it takes sooo much effort and I'm starving - ALWAYS ! when will my body just accept that it's not getting more?

It takes a while. LCHF really helps some people with that. Intermittent fasting helps others. Maybe you have to experiment with changing your eating patterns and not just the calories.
