I had a glass of wine last night- it was my first time having a drink since NYE- I'm not a drinker by no means at all but I just wanted to wind down a little bit- I'm not upset because I was shocked to see it was low carb and not bad in the calorie count for 1 5oz glass. What does everyone drink that isn't some much of a guilty pleasure ???

I drink Bacardi Light Pina Colada or SkinnyGirl regular Margaritas. They're not great, but they're low cal. I'm not on the LCHF plan, just trying to control my calories and eat better.
