I wish you hadn't said TGIF. Reminds me of the debacle at lunch today .... YES I could have ordered a salad .... I think I'm going a little crazy after two weeks on SBD and no results. Yesterday I was under my calories so .... Yeah no way does it balance out. And then there was cheesecake. I feel icky though so that is good motivation to not do that again anytime soon. :) and yes still TGIF!

Yea for you...you made it to Thursday...really happy about that too! Don't get discouraged, keep doing what you know you should do and you'll see the results soon enough :D I know it never comes off as fast as it goes on! ;*
