Weighed in this morning and went up just a bit but considering I had two donuts yesterday... I'm lucky.

Managed to catch the gym while it was quiet today thankfully, for some reason there's a handful of really noisy people that show up at night now-- super annoying. One group lounges around challenging each other to lift things too heavy, making a ruckus and running around on their phones and this other guy seems to make it a goal to make a huge noise with every rep.
Injuries in the future, I'm sure...

Thankfully there wasn't any of that today.

159.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
