I’m out of control this month. Surplus everyday but one. Not sure what’s going on, I keep thinking I’ll do a no log day hit then I end up logging so at least that’s good. Maybe after I write it out, I’ll stop. Im not even trying to “move” more either. Ugh. And I’ve had cocktails everyday for three days now. Ugh. 😩 2 margaritas Friday, 2 glasses of Prosecco Saturday and two screwdrivers today. 🤦‍♀️ ok, get it together if you’re going to eat non stop then go exercise non stop. Venting over. Pep talk over.

Hey your close to your goal and your are in self sabotage mode I have been there many times, just have to get it together and move past that 150 mark. You can do this.

be strong and tell yourself YOU ARE BETTER THAN THE ALCOHOL !! ... I'm in a 30 day detox center for alcohol... its good but not that great... EXERCISE THOSE DEMONS BABE!!

Well, I’ve been there, and it’s tough when we do good for a nice stretch, then a day or a weekend sets us back. It’s still worth it, I think. I appreciate you sharing and it’s nice to know we’re not alone. Today is Monday, let’s jump on this train again! Best to you!!

There is a difference between eating off plan, In a portion controlled manner, just once in a while (moderation) and going off the rail and eating everything in site just because it is there. That is what you have to learn to control. To begin with—DONT KEEP TRIGGER SNACKS IN YOUR HOUSE. And, don’t say it is for “the kids”. Newsflash, they don’t need it either

Kenna, you’ve done so well! Every time I get back on here which is every year… here you are maintaining! That’s very inspiring and encouraging so ty for being a helpful reminder it can and does happen!

Mistybenner— yes I have been on FS probably 5 years. I have never had a real weight issue, I use the site to just make sure I’m on track with not only exercise and calories but my nutrition. healthier eating most of the time and a little less healthy just once in a while. I have been doing this for 30 some years. No deprivation, no quilt— eating good and fun foods is part of life’s joys if you can maintain control.
