Breakfast was 2 tamales, scrambled eggs and chayote slices that were sauteed.
Weight down this morning by about half a pound.
Lunch was a banana with peanut butter sandwich and washed down with milk.
Dinner- 2 slices pepperoni pizza.
No exercise bike today, and likely tomorrow as well since I am going to drive about 120 miles out in the desert for a casino run. Plus I am ready to get back to work, the extra 2 days of rest will help with the recovery from the header I took the other day off that bus.
