Well I've met my goal and even lost 2 more lbs. I'm very excited about that BUT have to admit the last couple weeks have been really tough for me because of the pain I've been having which I believe is my gallbladder. I go to the doc Thursday late afternoon and to be honest can hardly wait to find out about the pain. I've vowed to not leave without him giving me something for the pain. It hasn't bothered me now for 4 straight days but I'm not taking a chance again, it REALLY hurt and I was miserable.
I do want to thank everyone for fat secret on here. :) It's been a blessing to me and helped me so much to keep going. I believe I'll be on here for LIFE while working at maintaining.....THAT is the hardest part! God bless all and thanks again for all the support! I hope I can support others and give encouragement. It CAN BE DONE!! Just hang in there!
