I went for my first hike of the season. Wow, did it feel good. We only went three miles and man did I get tired. We want to make a weekly thing of this, Sundays I think. Quite honestly I feel closer to God outdoors hiking than going to a church. It's a great way to clear my mind and think about what is important.

Find what works for you to get to where you want to be. Don't let others decide for you. Be strong and be happy!
