I am feeling so down about my weight. I really thought it would only take me 5 years to lose 100 pounds, and my time ran out. And I failed. I never got to 127. I even changed my goal weight to a closer number in hopes that it would help. I feel so fat and ugly.
Ladies, I'm also on my moon, so I know this is PMS. I just wanna cry. Perhaps the wombyn out there understand.
I'll be strong later today when I go for my run, but right now I just feel so low in the dirt.

Watch for hidden sugars and corn starch. But, as for me, in addition to watching out for those ingredients, I went to work doing physical labor 10 hours a day, 4 days a week. Toning and losing weight.

just a took a quick look at your logs. What stands out is CARBS, and a lot of them. Remember, Sugar is 50% Glucose, 50% Fructose, HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) is 55/45, and Blue Agave Nectar is 25/75. So why is this important? The only organ in the body that can process Fructose is the Liver, it turns converts it to Liver Fat/Triglycerides. The Triglycerides combine with the incoming glucose (blood sugar spike, insulin removes sugar from the blood and stores in cells) to store fat for later energy use. I can see you're frustrated, but you cannot outrun a bad diet. Cut the carbs, you'll save your liver (only organ that can heal itself), and you'll lose the excess weight.

If you're on a Vegan diet, be sure to supplement with Vitamins B-12, D, Iron, and Omega 3's. Vegan's are typically low in all of these compared to meat eaters.

Hey D iea, I think you are doing amazing. Your only timeline is your health so get in gear because of that benefit but don’t beat yourself down because of a relapse. You have shown that you can do it and that you are a fighter. Just get back to consistency and prove it to yourself. Listen to the great advice posted and maybe tweak your eating style to see if you get improved results. Stay healthy and take care.

Why on earth would it take 5 years to lose 100 lbs? Just limit your calories to 1200/day and try to get a daily walk in and you'll lose just fine. If you only have 33 to go, you can have that off by Spring. Find your weakness and get help for it (snacking? portion sizes too big? desserts? second helpings? boredom eating?).
