Besides the wheat flour, this is excellent for anyone with food sensitivities as it is dairy free made out of coconut and almond milk

💙 I found a non-dairy frozen treat in the supermarket too!! It didn't cause any problems so I'm thrilled. 😁 I will keep my eyes peeled for what you have there next time I'm up for something special.

Finding stuff that fits this rather short list of foods that don’t cause me gastrointestinal pyrotechnics in this small town is always a good challenge 😆 the locals live on grain (alcohol) and burgers which was fine for my younger days but now I’m too spoiled, now knowing what it feels like to eat and not get sick after! 😂🥰
