Simple light dinner.

Almost had the full dinner I had planned, then lost some of my appetite because of the heat and because of sleeping too little…and a rapid increase in steps too, tried too hard to up my steps too fast. So many carbs again, darn. 😂

Edit: got a helpful message not to worry about carbs. No wonder I’ve been eating so much junk instead of just carbs…not shown on the app currently…still eating this but worrying about it lol. Going to be more relaxed.

Thx! I’m a strawberry fan. I was an apple fan, but…got tired of apples. I just ate breakfast and don’t care for an apple because I’m so full from eating whole wheat Matzoh instead of not-so-filling standard bread, and all-natural peanut butter instead of the junky peanut butter. That stuff will hit you like a ton of bricks lol, instead of regular peanut butter toast. I’ll have an apple later in the day then for dessert. Eating enough fruits and vegetables, easy peasy. Variety, not so much for me.
