Last 29 days of the NPL Body Rev challenge. Can’t believe I’ve come this far. I didn’t think I would be able to keep at it for even a month. Will really need to push it for the last days. 💪🏻
154.8 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
