I am having an all liquid diet today bc I have a colonoscopy tomorrow. Anyone have one of these before? If you have any tips for bowel prep, please share!

191.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb. Still to go: 46.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

i have gluten intolerance, they say to drink the entire thing but only until you are, uh, cleaned out and is clear. stay home after you start the drink....trust me...
